In recent years, the use of mobile phones has become very common. Many people can talk about advantages of these phones. However, I want to talk about disadvantages of using a mobile phone. Mobile phones can cause social and medical problems. If we don't use mobile phones properly, we can become addictive and spend too much time on them; therefore, we can lose our natural awareness and communication skills. When we get so busy with our mobile phone, we may forget to spare time for the close people around us. So mobile phones can damage our relationships. The cost of using mobile phone may be very expensive when we are abroad, so we can be sad with a bill that is several times larger than the bill for a regular phone. We can access our accounts and different personal web sites using a mobile phone. However, data protection is an important issue. Looking at a small, bright screen for hours can be very bad for our eyes. Spending too much time to our mobile phone can cause insomnia. There are some publications indicating that mobile phones can harm our kidney health. For the reasons mentioned above, we should use our mobile phones in accordance with their actual purpose.
